I'm not sure how I vote. I'm strictly against a PQR. Additionally I also don't want that the countries which finished low in the semi have to withdraw or do a PQR - because there I'm usually as well.
What would the participating limit (which got my vote now btw.) work like? Would that be first come first serve - which'd be unfair?
