The applications are now officially closed!The following countries have applied:-  Morocco
-  Andorra
-  Denmark
-  Germany
-  Georgia
-  Ukraine
-  San Marino
-  Malta
-  Faroe Islands
- ( Algeria)
The draw for the 8 lucky countries will take place later today, and so will do the announcement of the first act!
The voting will most probably start after the final results, in order to give Phil the time to decide about his participation.
