My prediction
Qualifiers (in running order)
 Montenegro
 Finland
 Slovenia
Israel
 Italy
 Ireland (idk it could be a Divino)
 The Netherlands
 Ukraine
 Macedonia (although Thea flopped)
 Germany
PQR "Qualifiers" (in running order [2])
 Latvia (this might do a Moldova ESC 2015 tho and end up higher as expected)
Tunisia
 Bulgaria (pls don't end up there ,_,)
Greece
 Belgium
Not sure about  Slovakia, I could imagine that they got a few extra-points because of Mista  and I think  Estonia will also be close to qualify
