Is it necessary for every Fantasia language to have an equivalent in the real world? :x can't my country just speak Atlandian? Of course I can say, that Atlandian=German or smth like that, but I still do everything in English, so... :x No there does not have to be an irl equivalent Scandavian is actually Icelandic mixed with German

a bit out of topic question: is there a lingua franca (just like English in the real world) in the Fantasia world? You mean literally English? That's Engju Or do you mean a 'world language' that is taught basically everywhere?

In Atlandia we speak: Atlandian (there are some little differences from Engju) West Borgian dialect Neeberian Dorfforan Old Dorfforan Leowan

Maybe you could still take Leowan as language but pretend it is realted to Crystallian? It would be interesting to have "language families" as I wanted to use a gibberish version of Estonian for my country here too
