Hello everyone.  Bosnia & Herzegovina confirms. As, the theme for the Special 40th Edition is The Best Of, I will send Maya Sar, because B&H reached 8th place in the Grand Final of 23rd Edition of WWWSC, with a song "Krive Riječi". This time it will be a song called "Neću Da Šutim", and translated to English, would mean, "I will speak out". Here is the link of the song:

ferrygraf and mimisthesc shouldn't Greece also be able to send Kelly Clarkson?  If I'm not mistaken then I've seen her once in the first awards.
