Nice to hear that you want to do something with it. :-) But I'm not sure if the list is the best solution (I would like to put at least 1000 songs there  ). I would just ban all NVSC songs as it's the most popular contest here and I guess many people listen to the songs fully ... so I don't see any reason why it should be sent to thousands other contests. Similarly, I would ban songs which did really well in any other contests (top 3-5, depend on how big and popular the contest is). But what's more important... I don't want you to be very strict about it. I can imagine that following all contests and making a list of all NVSC songs would require a lot of work + it would be pretty useless. Just keep on revealing the sent entries before the edition starts and some songs can be banned additionally if someone will complain about it. If no one complains, then it doesn't matter if it won any contest or no... Thankfully, you are not indifferent to it. Because sending one of the biggest favorites of NVSC and the current winner of WWWSC looks pretty arrogant to me... Also (and this is a message for everyone), just keep in mind when thinking about songs that FSC is the place to send something you think we've never heard before and that we're not likely to hear anywhere else. Two things: 1. This edition has "lots of" overused songs. :/ Well actually only 5 but that's a lot for this contest. And eben worse that most of the are really likely to get something from me... 2. Is  Aurora only singing about running around?  |

Five countries voted and only one country still has 0! This shouldn't come as a huge surprise to old players, given the result that a particular song got in an older edition, but still, I'm intrigued at this country's lack of points. Keep voting and thanks for being understanding. |

Banning NVSC songs doesn't really make sense since some of the players (like me) don't care the slightest about NVSC, and I don't think they only send overused stuff there (would be a pretty bad contest then, which I don't get the feeling it is  ). But wherever we'll go with this, it'll still be FSC 4ever for me! |

The O&A (Overused and Abused) songs in contests are like Russia in Eurovision ... they'll always do well, people will always arse lick them and it's BORING!!. Plus it overshadows so many, MANY other songs out there. Why only pick the odd hundred O&A songs when there are literally THOUSANDS more songs to choose from. Some people won't understand. Whatever keeps FSC as AWESOME as it is then I'll be happy to see the banned song list return personally . |
