Where do you make the maps with the colors and the legend?

Basically just Paint and making lines and cover with desired color. And then I googled the star symbol and scaling it down so it can be located where a city has hosted Besides that, I do a template (copy/paste) in the folder for making more of them out of no times and sweat |

BTW there's a problem with my edits. On my profile it says 2.047 edits since joined the wiki but on the badges it says that I did only 1.679. =/
