OK, I had this contest idea some time ago. Donr know if its good or bad. ^^
Rules:
- every country, which is a member of the UN participates
- they will be devided in ten semis with 19/20 countries
- the countries get selected randomly
- The top 3 of each semi qualifies to the big final
- artists have to be born in the country they represent
- there probably wont be a recap, but tht voting will stay open about 3 weeks, so the contest will take place once in a year
So for example the first semi would be South & Middle America:
Argentina
Belize
Bolivia
Brazil
Chile
Colombia
Costa Rica
Ecuador
El Salvador
Guatemala
Guyana
Honduras
Nicaragua
Panama
Paraguay
Peru
Suriname
Uruguay
Venezuela
