If they were announced then they can't be any unannounced oned can be used though. Um no? Of course they can be used again. But it doesn't make sense in terms of realism... I also used to think this until Jan and Daniel told me otherwise, "Kim ushin?" shouldn't have even been allowed because of this rule too.

I know dimi could only delay his NS from 14 to 15 because the songs weren't announced, so I think Mark is right

That basically means that "Flying" and "Single Lady" were never meant to be in NVSC then.

Lol for realism the already announced songs are unable to be used again, while the artist who represents a country in the edition can also compete at Second Chance?? o.O Yeah that's realism for sure And anyway, Vaios said already that's a FICTIONAL contest... an admin...you see....

Why the drama now again? That's totally plausible.

After discussion this morning the BBC have decided to format a new NS called "In It To Win It". 12 artists will take part in a contest for the chance to win the spot to represent the UK at NVSC 17. The 12 artists are all revealed here

I don't get how you can compare these two things. Yes, having songs that were in a previous NS (even if it's cancelled) is unrealistic. And in the second chance any song can participate wtf there's no point in what you just said. Ivi Adamou participated in the 2012 OGAE Second Chance
