Croatia has chosen!

Originally supposed to be revealed on Friday, HRT had to delay the results due to unknown reasons.
But they were released today. And officially representing us in #17 is..

Jelena Žnidarić!
She took part in the X Factor Adria and was officially confirmed as

Croatia's act after she won the national selection with 169 points, beating off

Pamela Ramljak by 10 points. She is also bringing the

Croatian language back to the stage after an edition's break.
She'll be singing "Živa Sam" - take a listen below to our entry:

We wish the best of luck to

Jelena in

Switzerland and of course hopefully bring us a better result than Luminize did last time.
