I think as long as I have Austria (until #18 lol) Ramona Rotstich and Larissa Marolt will always be a part of the jury If you'd be realistic though, you'd have to switch the jury members completely after every edition

One of the most popular Belarussian internet portals tut.by opened the poll where Belarussian public could decide their 10 favourites of the second semi-final of the Northvision Song Contest; moreover, all the users of the forum were invited to send in their predictions about the outcome of the event. Today it was closed and here are the results: First of all, Alexander Lukashenko was proclaimed the winner of the poll receiving 91,2% of the vote, because there ain't any voting in Belarus which Lukashenko can't win The 10 qualifiers according to the Belarus' popular vote, are (in the alphabetical order without disclosing the exact percentage): The bottom-5: Bulgaria Lebanon Lithuania The Netherlands Romania The aggregate prediction of the tut.by forumers resulted in the following:
10 lucky finalists (with % of users who predicted the country to qualify) United Kingdom (88,4%) Spain (76,2%) Ireland (73,4%) Bulgaria (71,1%) Bosnia (68,6%) Germany (65,5%) Monaco (62,6%) San Marino (62,1%) Slovenia (58,4%) Slovakia (55,6%) Next contest PQR participants (with % of users who predicted the country to land in the bottom 5) Cyprus (40,2%) Montenegro (48,4%) Liechtenstein (44,1%) Lebanon (51,2%) The Netherlands (92,4%)
