QUALFICATION ROUND
As said on the original thread, 27 Places would have to be given to the countries in each , divided into 4 Continental Tournaments. All 55 Countries (even the Qualified countries) will take part on the Tournament.
But before, let's known in what "tournament", your country will play their qualification :
EASTON / NORTHERN WESTMONT TOURNAMENT (11) :

Also, you can apply for hosting one of these tournament, you need to have :
- 3 Arena, one of them must have +13,000 places. The others can be between 7,000 and 12,000.
- A Logo and (optionnal) a Slogan.
And that's it, you can also bid for a common-bid with, one of your neighbour). Bur for realism, common bid with 2 big countries or 2 non-neighbours countries will be refused.
Everything is now explained, for bidding, just post your bid on this thread, and a host for each tournament will be decided. The bid are opening for 1 Week, so all countries which wants to bid can till the 21 October.

Beklium is already qualified why do I have to participate in the qualifications to ? 
France, as host, participated in the qualifications round, but the matchs wasn't counted, it's more like an training for the World Cup
