 OGAN France confirms! Plenty of artists that participated in the French NS for #16 would have been perfectly able to enter here.
But one stood out naturally as the perfect contestant!

Out of the three songs which were in the Grand Final, only two could participate in this contest. The chosen one was "The Otherside" by Tamar Kaprelian, Elhaida Dani, Elina Born, Maria-Elena Kyriakou and Stephanie Topalian.
