lol k at all of you seriously I think you should respect what the NBU says and finds realistic and not what you want because oh, you like these songs by these mainstream artists more than you like unknown songs. There are many very realistic and unknown British artists that I'm sure many of you would enjoy. But whatever. Also how the FUCK do you compare unknown artists like Agnes and Rykka, artists that have maybe maximum 100,000 views on all their songs on YouTube, to artists with more than a billion views on their music videos on YouTube and have charted in the top 10 worldwide. It's not that Mark, it's the fact that people - including some on the NBU - know that i'm personally going through something major with my family and that I need to devote more time to that, so I had little time to research for lesser known artists thus I used established artists' knew songs because I knew they were new songs, unused and would take up spaces. Then if I looked back on past unknown artists I know for new songs and added them I would have had a complete set. I've been through a hard time in summer and oh look, I reduced my national selection to one internally selected artist with 5 songs and a pretty easy voting method (I actually was about to select internally first). You don't need to do a big selection with all those famous artists, if your life circumstances are that bad It's not your job to please everyone 's butt as much as you want to..

Maybe it would be an okay idea to treat popular artists (not only Mainstream ones, but maybe also artists like Kendji Girac or Helene Fischer who are very popular in their home country) like Foreign acts, only one per 10 songs and have to be approved. Because imo popular artists are okay but a NS with 10 or more of them is maybe a bit too much

People choosing the first option make me sad tbh Everyone could send unknown artists and have the same chances, although the UK has the biggest and the best? music industry even if you don't include those famous artists.

Did it frighten you, how we kissed when we danced on the light up floor?

If you have nothing else to do than complain about realism in a fictional song contest almost no one in the world cares about and compare a player of it to another then, sorry to say, but you should seriously GET A LIFE!Robbie, do as you wish. If you want to use these artists, I'll fully support you. If you don't and prefer to go internally, I'll be supporting you as well. You shouldn't let the minority change your decision. This is all I wanted to state about this. Whatever Robbie chooses to do from now on, it's his decision and opinion, something none of us should interrupt. Goodbye. EDIT: Rytis, I care about you as well. It's with sadness and disappointment that I realize there are still people who (for more than 16 editions and two years) didn't realize NVSC is one of the few contests that actually are still trying to simulate what would happen in a real life competition. And we actually spend most of our time just to entertain you and all the followers, so if you tell us to get a life, we might as well stop caring about it and stop hosting it
