As you maybe saw in thread with confirmations for 11th edition of DTSC, this will be transforming to Regional Song Contest. And yes, I know 
Luiri made this contest, but:
1. it's inactive and I think it won't continue,
2. rules of this contest is kinda other.
So, hope Luiri don't mind.
So, here are rules of RSC:
- you can send artist only, from region you chose, so there is no borrowing rules
- you don't have to live in region/country, you choose
- songs have to be released after 2000
- if you don't know from which region is artist, which you want to send song, you can ask me and I'll try to help you this way
So, everything was said and we can open confirmations for Regional Song Contest!
If you want to join send:
- region, you choose,
- artist,
- song,
- video of song,
- flag of region (if region doesn't have flag you could make flag),
- 20 seconds timeslot.
