After the events of week 3, Fat Amy had to spend the third week in the dungeon. She hated it, and had to be transported to the hospital from the Big Brother House for trying to kill one of the dungeon spiders and the spider bit her. After a few hours in the closest hospital from the Big Brother House, Amy was brought back to the dungeon, only to find the dungeon critters gone. They did it for safety after the hospital called the host, Marie N. to warn her that the spider that bit Amy was mildly poisonous. Had they waited 24 hours, standard procedure unless it's something critical, she might have died.

Meanwhile, in the game room of the Big Brother House, Foxes was laying in the sick couch. Vaidas Baumila and Nicole Cherry found out that Ani Lorak knew from Foxes herself why she was in the couch. Needless to say, Vaidas and Nicole started to bomb Ani with the same question: What is wrong with Foxes? Ani grabbed her headphones that Dima Bilan gave her when they were in Eurovision together. "Yes! They still work!", Ani said. After Nicole managed to sneak up on Ani and snatched her headphones off of her, Ani said, "Why don't we have a challenge with those PlayStation 4, I think games? This one with the cars might be a good one", holding up Grand Theft Auto V. "If I lose, Foxes has to tell you two what's wrong with her, I'm not saying it. But if I win, I have a set of dresses from public appearances to put on Mr. Shirtless Lithuanian Guy. And a chicken costume for Nicole here", she said with a wink and a chuckle.

Big Brother called Ani Lorak and Guildo Horn to the diary room. Ani says,"I'm pretty nervous, Guildo. Are you?" Guildo nods his head. When they reached the diary room, Big Brother asked both of them to name 3 people they think would be nominated for eviction. If one or both get none of them right, they have to join Amy in washing the housemates' clothes. Ani guesses Vaidas Baumila, Nicole Cherry, and Sia. Guildo shivers as he names Miranda Sings, Fat Amy, and Dana International. Big Brother sends them back to the house with a good luck warning.

When they return, Ani severely beats Vaidas and Nicole in Grand Theft Auto V. Vaidas is given Ani's Eurovision 2008 dress. Nicole is given the chicken costume Ani brought to entertain people. They have to wear their costumes until the eviction of week 4. If either Vaidas or Nicole gets evicted next, they have to leave the house in their new outfit. Both have to be returned either by Marie N. after eviction, or right after if not evicted.

WEEK 4 EVICTION CEREMONY!!!

After the eviction of Vaidas Baumila, who left the Big Brother House in Ani Lorak's Eurovision 2008 dress, Ani and Guildo were called back to the diary room. Big Brother announced that BOTH Ani and Guildo passed their challenge, the first housemates to have all the housemates that participated in the same challenge pass their specific challenge. Big Brother asks them to pick an area of the house to have a celebration party and for Ani and Guildo to pick three different food and drink items to have at the party. Ani picks ham/cheese and turkey/cheese sandwiches, popcorn, and three kinds of flavored soda (Dr. Pepper, Cherry Soda, and Root Beer), while Guildo picks brownies, cakes,and vanilla ice cream (for either plain ice cream or root beer floats). Ani and Guildo knew exactly the place. They both said "The patio is the venue we pick!" at the same time. Big Brother sends them off, but not without Ani's Eurovision 2008 dress. But before Ani gets the dress back, Amy has to wash the dress, along with all the other housemates' clothes. She can participate in the celebration party, though.

2 hours later, Big Brother calls all the housemates to the patio. They are shocked at what they see. "What's the party for?', asked Miranda. "Every other time at least one person passes the challenge, there wasn't a party like this!" shrieked Sia, Nicole, Foxes (who was still in pain on the sick couch in the living room prior to the patio call), and Gimmel. Big Brother said "Ahem.. Is this working?.. Never mind. This party for all the housemates is in celebration of both Ani Lorak and Guildo Horn passing the weekly housemate challenge. All the leftover food is yours to keep as well. You also have to end the party by 22:30, the normal bedtime.You all have 8 hours! Have fun!

Another pool party was hosted along with the food, drinks, and non-pool games. Dana asked Ani and Guildo "Was the patio your idea or Big Brother's?" Guildo said "Both of us had this idea in mind." Ani said "I have to check on Foxes at the patio sick couch. Be right back." After she gave Foxes a hug and chatted with her, she came back to the DJ set, with her and Guildo singing a karaoke version of "Shady Lady", while Amy and Miranda threw Nicole in the pool, by Nicole's request. Gimmel and Dana decided to have a diving board challenge. Both were tired as the game ended in a tie. Foxes decided to join Ani and Guildo in singing "Shady Lady". 2 hours before the required bedtime, Amy went to the laundry room to begin her second part of her punishment.
