I have a suggestion for the whole tournament  Idk if we have enough participants, but maybe do something like in the football championships: with a group phase, everyone plays against everyone in his group, victory 3 points, tie 1 point and in the end 2 qualify to the round of the best 16   I think that's better than a PQR but ofc only if there are enough players don't get it tbh  i don't watch football so idek ;_; There are several groups with 4 (or more) participants in each group. Let's say You, me, Tobbz and Ashley are in one group. Everyone would play against everyone, so you play first against me, then against Tobbz and then against Ashley. If you win a game, you receive 3 points, if you have a tie, both players receive 1 point and if you loose, you get 0 points. So you can reach up to 9 points in the group phase. After everyone has played against everyone, the first two places of each group qualify to the round of the best 16. So for example, you win every game so you get 9 points. I win 2 games and loose one so I get 6 points. Tobbz wins 1 game and looses 2 so he has 3 points, and Ashley looses all games and has 0 points. This would mean, that you and me qualify, as we are the first two places. Afterwards, it would continue in form as a tournament, just like it is now |
