North Vision Ranking of Nations
NVSC #21 update

Each country is ranked by their recent performance in the contest.

Method:
1. Take a country's average number of points gained throughout the 18th edition and multiply the value by 0.25
2. Repeat for a country's score in the 19th edition but multiply by 0.5 instead
3. Repeat for a country's score in the 20th edition but multiply by 0.75 instead
4. Repeat for a country's score in the 21st edition but keep the value the same
5. Add up all the values found in the first 4 steps
6. Round the value to the nearest integer (whole number)

The change from last edition's ranking is that the results from #17 are no longer included while the results from #21 are added. Hence, the results for #18, #19 and #20 all also move down the significance ladder.
