06.THE MAIN LEVEL Norwegian boyband The Main Level return in Den Norsken Sangen with their new single.
What’s it like? Distinctly boyband-pop in its sound, but one of the better examples of the genre thanks to its FINE chorus. Of course the chorus is the one thing you really expect to be gotten right when it comes to a single from a boyband. But these chaps have got it really right. Really.
Is there an “oh-oh” contained within? There’s an “oh-oh, oh-oh-oh”. Which is even better. AND a whole section devoted to hand claps.
Will they make the girls theirs and vote for them?

07.MO Mohamed Abdi Farah is better known as Mo and has lived a life full of big contrasts. As a 7 year old he came to Norway as a refugee from war-torn  Somalia. He had his breakthrough as an artist after a popular stint on X-Factor in 2010. With two single releases, radio play and performances on several TV programs, Mo’s career was progressing well when terror hit Oslo and Utøya on 22 July 2011. As a participant at the AUF summer camp that year, Mo was personally affected by the events.
What’s his entry like? An up-tempo and funky pop number that is an uplifting call-to-arms against external influences that lead to internal self-esteem issues. It’s rousing, it’s catchy, and it’s another example of the Norwegian X Factor graduate’s enormous talent.
Best bit? The “BOM-BA-DA, BA BOM-BA-DOM, BE” chorus – OBVIOUSLY!

08.JULIE BERGAN It has been long awaiting and finally happening.
Julie Bergan, the first winner for Norway, will participate in DNS 14 in order to represent the country again.
What’s it like? It’s a big and bold pop song. Bold because it’s a bit mental in its sound and style, and big because JESUS that chorus. A tremendously welcome return from the Norwegian pop starlet. And her first new music in one year and four months (yes we’d been counting).
Will Julie be the first winner returning for Norway and the second winner to win NVSC again?

09.M83 ft. SUSANNE SUNDFØR M83 is a  French electronic band and collaborating with Susanne Sundfør will participate in DNS 14.
"Oblivion" has been classified as a "soaring ballad" that features "interstellar synths and cloud-surfing lead vocals" amidst a mixture of "M83′s dream pop [and] more traditional string and horn arrangements." Rolling Stone observed that the song is "capped with a jazzy instrumental section, just like M83's 2011 hit "Midnight City", while it reminded Consequence of Sound of "Tangerine Dream’s scores from the '80s". Featuring Sundfør's "booming vocals," the song's choir repeats "In the night, you'll hear me calling" over a "bombastic synth swell."

10.ADELÉN
The winner of Skal vi danse 2015 after tonight's final, Adelén Rusillo Steen as her full name is, will be the last artist in DNS 14.
She already has some experience with NVSC as she represented Norway in the first junior North Vision Song Contest and won the first OGAN Second Chance Contest. Her next step is the adult North Vision Song Contest.
Will she managed to do it with the dance track "Spell on Me"?
The saxophone in the chorus and the "nanana" verses will surely stuck in your head.
