JEM is accepted for  Albania in contests because:
J.E.M is a Swedish rap-pop group consisting of members Mergime Murati, Jeremie Yumba and Elli Flemström all three members originally auditioned as solo singers for the first season of X Factor in 2012. (According to Wikipedia)
Mergime Murati is Albanian, so 33% of the group is Albanian. So, I see no problem representing it. |

1. Her name - Albanian origins - as you can see it is different than the other ones ("Murati")
2. Her facebook posts are in Albanian
3. On other sites, it writes that she is "Shqiptare" which means "Albanian":

If you search by her name you can find lot of sources saying she is Albanian  |

I did search but nothing actually says Albanian descent.
If shiqiptare means Albanian then I guess I will have to accept
