Out of curiosity, if someone does a national final with an artist you planned on sending and that artist doesn't win, can they still be sent in a future edition by you? yes  |

Probably not, but you can arrange stuff with the HoD. Just message them and ask if you can use them. Oh I guess that's just something I'd do, since the NS host wants to send them first. |
