RTSH can confirm that  Albania WILL be present at the 32nd edition, no matter the result of the 31st editionThe entry this edition will be selected internally. RTSH have stated:
"We are hoping to find someone that can propel someone to the top of IMF and hopefully bring a victory to Albania again back when Arilena won for use with her amazing song. We are going to look long and hard for a good singer to represent our nation with a great song.More News on Albania will come soon. |

 Australia are a proud to announce that we are returning to the International Musical Festival after being invited to join the 32nd edition of the contest by the head of the contest.
We are unsure yet what format we will take in our selection process but we look forward to being part of the contest once again. |

 Lithuania will return to International Music Festival!
 LRT confirms Lithuanian participation in IMF 32.

Luxembourg would participate in IMF 32, currently we are focussing on Teske's performance in Scotland and due to the fact that the last National Selection was very expensive.
