why is  Egypt banned btw? And just (generally speaking) saying, Australia in the contest is more realistic than Egypt as they would never join Eurovision
A lot of participating countries will never join Eurovision! This is a stupid reason, as long as the entire situation... |

He asked me if I wanted to choose the option of having  Australia instead of Egypt because of how Australia now appears to be a member of the ESC and JESC, I know a lot more Australian singers than I do Egyptian singers and for 3 reasons, because I would need to look for singers, in which I don't have enough time compared to the past because 1. I now work a full time 40 to 48 hours per week job. 2. My uncle has been diagnosed with cancer and my family and I are wanting to be there to support him through chemotherapy treatment. 3. Christmas is coming and its going to be the first one without my sister and its going to be hard and so I need time with my family to get through what will be a hard time for us. Now do you see why Florian has done this or is my sick uncle and dead sister not valid enough? ... |

^ still not a reason to ban  Egypt. Anyway i am sorry for what you feel. But usually when people don't have time they would withdraw or make a break from the contest or take a better country which is free... |

Tbh I really don't understand why everybody is making a big fuzz around those things, as if their whole life would change then.
Don't misunderstand me, I love online song contests, and I don't want to misrespect any work of any host.
Before you start a discussion like this, think how important it really is, and what you write. And don't behave like it's a big problem because it isn't.
This will be my only comment to this "discussion" or any kind of "argue" here on the forums.
