Why do countries get DSQed in the PQR but not in the semi final tho ? Imo non-voters should either be DSQed in both events or in none  Also, Kenajabam was online and even posted since the recap got published so it would be ridiculous if he didn't vote |

i think it's unfair to disqualify the COUNTRY or the SONG in semi-final or final. just because the user didn't voted. this is like not country's or song's fault that someone doesn't votes. so i kind of agree with this rules with strikes. but imo if someone doesn't votes in pqr should be disqualified because the places are limited and i don't think some countries should be advantajed if they don't vote. anyway, its also easy to re-do the tops of the people who voted, as having the full rank, you can only chnage the points, and make last the country which didn't voted, without the need to disqualify it properly |
