FIVE countries ( Austria, Belarus, Georgia, Iceland and Montenegro) have become available and draws are about to be held!
They will be able to participate starting with OESC 49.
You can apply if...
- You have had your country for three editions (so since OESC 46)
or - You are on the waiting list
- You have at least 100 posts on the forum (if you have less than 100 and start to spam somewhere to get over 100, you will be banned from attending draws until OESC 51)
If you want to apply for any or all of these countries, send a either a forum or Facebook PM to alexeh and make sure you specify which countries you would like to apply for! 
Deadline: Saturday, 19th August @20:00 CET!
