So despite having the knowledge of me being Spanish and having Italian and Indian ethnicity, I tried the MyHeritage site to know further about my ethnicity and I discovered that I'm:
Iberian
Surprise! This was the most obvious one since I'm from
Spain. Still, I'm very surprised that it's only 65.9%. Still, since part of my family is from the south-east of the country, I believe that although it might be a very small percentage I might have some 
Portuguese blood.
Sardinian
I did not expect this at all. I knew my grandfather was from
Italy, but I just did not expect this to come from 
Sardinia.
Baltic
This was probably the most unpredicted one, especially being a surprising 7.9%. I guess that this percentage comes from
Estonia rather than from 
Latvia or 
Lithuania, mainly because of my small percentage of Finnish, if that makes sense. I knew that I'm too white to be 100% Spanish and I also have some Northern European traits but I didn't see this coming.
Middle Eastern
I definitely expected Northern African for being Spanish but Middle Eastern? I love it though.
I'm also lowkey shook about the fact that I've always been told that I'm part Indian and apparently I'm not, so I guess this is where those thoughts come from if that makes sense.
Finnish
Who would ever tell me that I'm 2.2% Finnish? As I said with Baltic, I expected some Northern ethnicity because of my traits, but not exactly Finnish nor Baltic, maybe Irish or Northwest European.
