From what I've seen I'm not too hopeful over San Marino, especially with that song. Reckon it'll be the Peter Nalitch of 2016 ... hated by the ESC fans .

Ummmm............... I'm sure he might at least qualify with the right choice, but so-so based on the song there. Who knows, like a bunch of ballads qualifying over the biggest crime of all, Belarus...... Good luck to San Marino. I liked last year's entry. I recently watched the live performance. It wasn't that bad....

Serhat gave a press conference today in Turkey in order to reveal some information about his song and appearance at Eurovision. A huge amount of journalists came in order to ask questions to Serhat. Serhat also was the headline of many news in Turkey and is currently giving interviews at important Turkish TVs. He said that he first wanted to compete for Turkey but announced that TRT didn't reply to the emails and official letters from his label and management. He announced that TRT ignored them and he's currently in contact with TRT. He added that he'll both represent Turkey and San Marino and hopes that Turkey will return to Eurovision soon.

SMRTV will reveal Serhat's song that will represent San Marino in Stockholm on Wednesday, March 9th. It has been known for quite some time that the song will be performed in English , with French and Italian versions also being available. The song is composed by Olcayto Ahmet Tuğsuz while the lyrics are penned by Nektarios Tyrakis , the man who wrote the lyrics to Sakis Rouvas' 2004 entry, "Shake It." Currently, Serhat and the San Marinese delegation are in Paris filming the music video for the song.
