Sadly we hve had countries in passed editions send sinngers which I thought were safe but turned out to be not related especially in borrowing nations. I have researched both names and none have confirm definative proof of their Kazak origin. Despite that, the language being written in Kazak (which the rules state) is not enough evidence.   Under Google translate it states.  The person guesses they are from Kazakhstan. That is not enough to be eligible. I just want this contest to be fair. |
