ANNOUNCEMENT THREAD
ART FESTIVAL 02 is going to be 
Atlandian national selection event, held in order to select country's entrant for the Fantasia Contest #04. It is planned to be a one-show event in which up to 10 artists are going to participate. However, depending on the circumstances, there may be an extra final to which two entries will qualify. Both juries and public will be voting. In case of extra final, a poll will be opened.
