NVSC #18: PQR Hosting Submissions
The NBU is currently looking for broadcasters who would be willing to host the next PQR.
Rules for hosting the PQR are as follows:
- You cannot be the HoD of a PQR country. This is to prevent cheating.
- You can only be the PQR host if you are HoD of a full NBU member country.
- You are able to create a video recap, which will include all of the participating PQR countries, within the course of 3 days.
- You are able to collect the votes.
- You are able to present the results. A video is not required.
- You are able to select a host venue that has a maximum capacity of 5000.
- You are able to select a host for the show.
Although it’s not compulsory, a logo and/or a theme is strongly recommended.

Armenia won't apply to host the PQR after the failures in the previous attempts to host it.
Austria won't apply either. The HoD stated: "In general we'd love to host the PQR, but we aren't able to host it withou help. And it seems, that help from others isn't appreciated in this case, judging from our experiences in NVSC #16."
Croatia won't apply obvs 
Russia will not apply this time
