Not a fan of the last rule change tbh, I fear that now a flood of former ESC-participants will participate.

I don't understand the need of the new rules. It's not like we had 10000 problems with any of those things everytime.

I don't understand the need of the new rules. It's not like we had 10000 problems with any of those things everytime. 1. Approval will be needed as some people sent unoriginal entries and they had to change it once or more times. 2. It's obvious that we won't let NVSC final songs participate as it's the biggest unoriginality ever seen I guess. 3. Some people wanted ESC artist rule to be deleted, that's why we deleted this rule. |

Will the pre-qualified peeps keep their country? No, this didn't change. Winner of last edition will choose country and places 2-4 will get a random country. |
