Did it frighten you, how we kissed when we danced on the light up floor?

And what if the new HoD doesn't want to keep the old Co-HoD ? Does the Co-HoD need to skip the editions until he would've had 3 editions to go to the new country of the old HoD ? You raise up a fair point Ideally, if the HoD doesn't want a CoHoD, it should be like that (CoHoD waiting for 3 editions until being able to make any swap or, in this case, get a new country) but then again, if he can't play he can still be a replacement voter during those "break" editions. It will be discussed In the end, it's been decided to keep the three-edition rule for everyone. In fact, it's the fairest option. If a HoD doesn't want to keep a CoHoD, then the CoHoD will be stuck for 3 editions until he's allowed to decide another country to vote with. This is to avoid scenarios like "please kick me so I can swap my country, then I'll get kicked by the other HoD and get back to you again the edition after".

Oh so let's suppose a fake scenario. I will change my Co-HoD's in NVSC #21, for example i will take Person X as Co-HoD. Then i will win the draw and take a new country starting with NVSC #22. So the Person X will have to stay with Algeria for 3 editions, and i will need to look for another Co-HoD or wait 3 editions to get him back? (hope that was understandable)

Woofy #22 - You win a draw (but Algeria has to withdraw anyway cause of the country swap) #23 - You are now playing with your new country, but Woofy is still stuck to Algeria. Woofy can get back to you for #24 If the new Algerian HoD is fine with Woofy being his CoHoD for #23, then Woofy wouldn't even have much of a break excepting #22, when Algeria would withdraw anyway because of the country swap I hope I was clear enough

Btw are these new rules already the "exciting changes" which were announced yesterday or is there still something to come ?
