The names of the two candidates for Lakadamia, both were elected Miss/Mister Lakadamia in 2016 and 2015.
The second one is well known in the Fantasia Contest, for being the Lakadamian spokesperson in FC #3

As confirmed today, the TRLK 4 Channel, known for broadcasting programs mostly for teens and young adults will be used for broadcasting the show during 2 moments live :
From 13:45 to 18:45 (Daytime)
From 00:45 to 05:45 (Nightime)
Also, a special stream on the TRLK 4 Website will broadcast the whole show 24/7.
But also, a summary of around 25 Minutes of the last 24 Hours will be made and shown on TRLK 2, at 17:45.

|II EMBARGOS BY FROOTANIA? II|
Oilla, Capital City of Frootania
The Government of  Frootania, led by Chancellor Uberto Verrí, has just held an emergency parliamentary meeting considering an implementation and participation at The Hunger Games as a real-time sport event. A vast majority of elected politicians in the parliament have criticised the event, claiming that the security of the participants can never be guaranteed. This breaks various articles in the Frootish constitution.
The Constitution of the Republic of Frootania (informally known as Frootania) exclusively states in Art. 61 that
[...] the life of every single inhabitant of this country shall not be placed in potentially life-threatening situations under any circumstances [...] The Republic is responsible of every person's well-being. The unvoluntary recruitment into a deadly enviroment (including potential warfare [...] or civil expeditions) falls under the laws against torture [...] and are treated as such.
Earlier articles (Art. 4b to be precise) of the Constitution also say that
Frootania is a Parliamentary republic and represents a state based on democratic and humane values, [...] and is required to spread those ideals into all parts of the globe. The Republic is required to withstand any organisations, [...] or states that break those stands.
The Government is currently investigating the situation in  Scandavia and are holding a vote in a few days for possible sanctions against the nordic state.

^ if we already roleplay, it should be considered that embargos & sanctions by Frootania (a state which was just formed after being in a civil war) are not realistic or a real threat  It's like saying  South Sudan would sanction  Sweden  No offence Dennis  |

 Dýria will not participate!
A decision was made this evening by DRTV that they won't send representatives or broadcast the competition, but left doors open for a future participation.
On the other hand, Sjutvárp Sjøland, the main broadcasting system in the Sjóland Autonomous Region has announced their intent to broadcast it instead and has been given permission from DRTV to do so. A representative from the station stated;
"We're quite interested in this project and I think it could be a success. We don't normally get to broadcast these events independently from Dýria, but cooperation with DRTV has allowed us to screen it to the rest of Dýria on our channels, if we choose to!" |

 Evämaa will NOT be participating, but we will not be seeking sanctions either. The Hunger Games movies were never a success in Evämaa, so Telemaa sees no benefit in participating. |

ACHRÓA CONFIRMS PARTICIPATION
The concept of a Hunger Games-esque game show has been taken with great reactions in the whole archipelago, with many psychologists and neurologists even embracing this as an opportunity to grasp the extremes for human behaviour. In turn, STA Vitë will broadcast the show and two contestants have already been selected for - what is called - The Reaping.
CONTESTANTS:
- Peseval Almiren (age 25, female, postgraduate World Relations student)
- Saúvert d'Garaçvi (age 29, male, controversial naturist convicted of indecency; viewed as comedical in Achróa)
Unlike other major broadcasters, STA Vitë will broadcast the whole show in its proposed 24/7 format with no breaks, hoping it will boost the channel's ratings up.
