A private organizer in the Republic of Moldova has picked up the idea of North Vision in Concert,
which was last held in Astana, Kazakhstan before the seventh North Vision Song Contest.
In an open air festival in Chisinau, the event will now be revived and every country is invited
to send their artists for promoting their song to the Moldovan (and European) audience.
Special flights and ferry lines to the islands for the NViC weekend will be created.
A date is yet to be determined. It was announced though, that the event would be held
over the course of two days on a weekend.
The rules for submitting the artist and song have been changed though.
You can only submit a live version of your entry.

Armenia will not be on the event due to the lack of concerns required for the concert.
"Dead" (not even TV perfomances) so it looks like I won't be a part of it 
Hungary would like to join but since the entry is still unknown the country might miss the event. 
Moldovans can not afford private cameras, like for ANY song.
