Am I the only one who thinks that only the ESC-fans are getting pissed off by Salvador's comments? E.g. here in Finland people and the media have praised Salvador's comments (or at least they haven't reacted negatively). Also this "scandal" has grown ridiculously. Of course Salvador could have think twice before saying his victory speech (but that's being politically incorrect, which is desirable in some cases) but he has a point (like Robin has). Nowadays mainstream music is sadly rather "show" and ripping each other's music + the lyrics doesn't really mean anything in most of the cases. But it doesn't mean that all of the songs are pure shit. Music industry just has to evolve so that the so-called fast food music wouldn't go to the same protocol every time when they are produced (although I'm pessimist that this will happen ) Pic related Well I kind of prefer Run The World (Girls) that Bohemian Rhapsody. Let me tell you that there are more lyrics in Run The World (even if they're not much), and if you are saying that "the lyrics don't mean anything" I think that you chose the wrong song to give the example (that doesn't mean that I think that Bohemian Rhapsody is worst than Run The World, which I do, even though I recognise the merit of him). Also, record producing is different by the time and now, you just can see it by comparing the audio of both songs and you'll tell me if it's worth it to have 4 producers at the other song. Music is much more than only lyrics, and if people from nowadays prefer it and the music industry is mainly based on songs which is like Salvador said "fast food music", let it be. The fact that you sing a different style of music is okay, but that doesn't mean that you can disrespect it and treat it like a piece of crap, like he did onstage.

There were two writers and two producers for Daft Punk's "Around The World". I therefore announce that both of you are right, to some degree. It's also ok for a person to have their own opinion about the situation, so neither statements can be regarded as "false"

Fun fact; For the very first time ever, all the youngest artists ( Kristian , Blanche , Ilinca and Isaiah) qualified and all of them finished in the Top 10! #proud

I prefer the stand-in's vocals over the original.
I also saw Montenegro's stand-in rehearsal on FB. I can't find it now, but it's... interesting to say the least.
