Exciting Results in Te Ao
After all the results of the Teaoan national final "A Song For Andra Day" have been counted, the Teaoan delegation has found out that there is a tie for the lead between the two songs "Rearview" and "Only Love".
Both receiving exactly the same amount of votes (around 500.000), the winner had to be declared by the broadcaster, who decided based on which song had the lead for most of the time, and received a more positive feedback in the broadcaster itself.
And that song is:

SHURA'S SONG REVEALED

The Princess Theater in Värepaikan, where Shura revealed her song for Evämaa.

VÄREPAIKAN - The long wait for Evämaa is over, as Shura revealed her song for Fantasia Contest 5 in a live special from the historic Princess Theater in the Shura's hometown of Värepaikan in Nyvina! The show, broadcasted on Telemaa 3 and online for all of Fantasia on telemaa.ev/suora, featured interviews with Shura herself, as well as DJ Markus Tammistö and the HoD of Evämaa, Launo Pätevöityä. The song for Evämaa will be...

WHAT'S IT GONNA BE?

The music video was debuted as part of the show, and to close the show, Shura performed the song live!

Live Performance:

On the show, Pätevöiytä commented that this was the most enthusiastic he'd ever been about an Evämaian participant.

I know I might not seem like the most unbiased person, having selected Shura, but I have never been more excited for Evämaa at the Fantasia Contest! I truly believe that we're sending one of our best artists to give us our best shot at replicating the success we've only found once before.

Reactions on social media and across fans was uniformly positive, with leading fansite Eväfantasia calling it "the best Evämaian entry by a far margin" and saying that if Shura replicated the result of Burnout Syndromes, that "Evämaa's participation may need to be reconsidered."
