Fantasia Contest Second Chance #03
Rules for participation:
* Your country must have had a national selection to choose their entry for FC #03!
* To participate, confirm below in this thread!
* Songs have to be from the national selection for FC #03 of that country!
* After you have submitted your entry, you can not change it!
* Please post a timeslot
* The deadline to confirm and to send you song - 5th July
Rest of the world participant:
* One of the countries that did not have a national selection
can as well submit a song to the competition (as 'Rest of the World')!
* The draw will be made with random.org!
Voting:
* Voting is in Eurovision style (as usual)!
* Only participating countries must vote!
The votes from the non-participants will be counted as Rest of the World!
