And even worse: Now they will only get  Poland and  /  /  on their way to the final. How in the world did they deserve this?  They played really well in the group phase, but just missed tons of chances. Now in the K.O. Round they defended brilliantly against the like you said, strongest team of the group phase. And it's not that Poland would be a that easy opponent. I kinda disagree with every single sentence, but whatever And I didn't say that those are "easy" opponents. But please take a look at the UEFA rankings and major titles of the countries in the other half (  France,  Germany,  Italy,  Spain,  England) and then tell me how it's not crystal clear that  Portugal got SUPER lucky here. That's the most unimaginably extreme present a 3rd-of-the-group-stage country that didn't win a single game can get. |
