 On June 4th,  Russia confirmed that the russian entry in the fourth edition would be "Tseluy" (целуй) by Nyusha.

I'm sorry but international superstars aren't allowed in this contest. We didn't use that rule so far because all other countries don't have huge superstars but now that Canada takes part, it can be used. Tbh, it's not too hard to find an unknown AND original song from a country like Canada  omg I hate Canada from now on  any suggestions pls |
