Rising Star is the
Israeli selection for Own Eurovision Song Contest #45. Sixsongs will battle it out in order to fly the Israeli flag in OESC #45. A combination
of televote and jury will be used to determine the winner. Six juries will be selected
at random after a fair amount of countries have applied; the rest will be able to televote.
