What is the idea?

Creating a fictional soccer/football competition using fictional teams, and real players.

How do you participate?

You must choose a team name, emblem/logo (if you don't, it will be created for you), (real) country of origin, formation and team colors.
If you have sent me this info, you don't have to work anymore, I'll do the rest!
Once all teams are ready for the cup to begin, a draft will start.

What is a draft and how does it work?

When all teams will be ready to play, you can start choosing the players of your team. All players can be used if they exist on the SoccerWiki database. Every once in a while I will announce the beginning of a draft round. Every round you will get to choose one player to play for your team. Obviously, you must pick a player that has not been picked before.
It is mandatory that at least five players will be of your club's nationality, or from a bordering country (E.g. if you have a Brazilian team with 3 Argentinian players, 1 Brazilian player and 1 Uruguayan player, it will be accepted.)

And then what?

And then, a cup will be created with all participating teams. You will be able to make transfers freely. (In case you want a player who's already taken by someone, you must ask him for permission before you take the player, or you can exchange players, instead.)

All matches will be simulated using Pro Evolution Soccer and would be uploaded to YouTube.
