No one took it because  Kosovo is not allowed to participate on the event.  Why it isn't allowed to take part? It's not allowed since we decided that countries not fully independent can't apply for associate membership.  Taiwan and  Hong Kong are exceptions as they applied a long time before this was decided, but if Callum or Lefteris should withdraw from associate position, they will no longer be able to be associates. |
