On the other hand I just watched through the thread of #27 where Romania returned after 13 editions and wasn't allowed to send Inna who took part then with Crazy sexy wild. |

We interpreted this rule differently before (such as fabbi said), but I guess we could change our interpretation and allow artists in such cases, probably it's more transparent this way... I'll ask Mimis for his opinion, but I'll add you to the list anyway  If we decide you need to change it, I'll notify you.. |
