An additional ranking of the SP countries is made based on the RoN and it counts just like any other ranking posted.  so for example if the country is 40th in BO, this numer is added together with the other ranking (from 1 to 7) which country received? for example: (1+4+3+2+4+4+2+40)/8 ?  Nope. That country's RoN ranking is compared to the RoN rankings of the other countries in that SP and a usual (1-8) ranking is made. |
