Objetivo Northvisión 03 Announcement thread
This is the official announcement thread of the third edition of Objetivo Northvisión
The format:
This edition consists of ten songs as per usual, but this edition is the first edition where all acts are
Spanish. TVE has decided to not let any foreign act compete in this edition. It is not ruled out whether foreign acts will take part in the upcoming editions.The voting system has some few changes as well. The juries will not give points to all the songs anymore, but to only seven of them which means that each jury will from now on use this system;

instead of the one which is commonly used in the North Vision. The amount of juries has also increased from 6 to 10.The televoting equals 50% of the results as per usual.
TVE will from today on start the announcement of the songs.
