So for someone who isn't immediately informed, how did the song that the forum voted 5th out of 6 end up winning? Was it just performance and nothing else?

I guess a lot of people weren't impressed by the studio version at all, but once a lot of them got to hear her live performance, they changed their minds. That's the power of a live performance for you  |

Lucie was in my bottom two based on studio versions, yet jumped to my top two during the show. She has a flawless vocal and my only criticism is that the song needs a slight tweak, perhaps a slight tempo change from the second chorus onwards or a drum beat. I think she can score highly with the juries and potentially achieve a good score for the UK. Slay!!  |

In 2016, I was one of those  By UK standards, anything above 20th would be considered a "good score" though, and I think she has potential to make the left side at least (hopefully) am i too optimistic for my own good? |
