ELITE MUSIC FESTIVAL
Welcome to Elite Music Festival!
Confirmations are now open for the next edition, but I won't explain the rules here again. Instead, if you are new, check here to see all the rules and how the last edition went.
Rule Changes
Most of the rules are the same, but there is one thing I'd like to add. The
United Kingdom will be split up into 
England, 
Wales, 
Scotland and 
Northern Ireland, and any of them can be claimed or given out randomly.In addition, I am introducing rules regarding punishments. First of all, failure to provide a timeslot for your entry will lead to a strike, so please give me some sort of timeslot, even if it's something within a minute to give me something to work with. Second of all, in order to promote research into whether your entry is original, sending three unoriginal entries (that are obviously unoriginal such as having participated in NVSC or in multiple countries, or a very well known artists) will lead to a strike.
THREE STRIKES LEAD TO A BAN FROM THE CONTEST AND YOU WILL BE MOVED TO THE END OF THE WAITING LIST!
Hosting
This is just for the winner of the previous edition (meowthed )
If you wish to have any input in the next contest, please send me in PM any/all of the following:
- Host City
- Preferred Design Colour Scheme
- Opening Act (the interval will be the winner)
In addition, you do not have to claim
Brazil, if nobody claims Brazil I will take them.

You may either confirm with your current country, withdraw and choose a new country, or withdraw and opt for a random country.
