 ELDANCAN ELECTIONS - 3:15 EESTMississauga, Eldance C.D - The House of Representatives are being rushed into Mississauga to have a vote to determine the president of the United States of Eldance. Pursuant to the Twelfth Amendment;
"the House of Representatives is required to go into session immediately after the counting of the electoral votes to vote for president if no candidate for president receives a majority of the electoral votes (currently 319 of the 636 electoral votes). In this event, the House of Representatives is limited to choosing from among the TWO candidates who received the most electoral votes. Each state delegation votes en bloc, with each state having a single vote. A candidate must receive an absolute majority of state delegation votes (currently 27 votes) in order for that candidate to become the President-elect. 71% of citizens didnt want the democrats to have the presidency, and 40% didn't want them in charge of the houses of representatives. well done eldance on a totally unrepresentative government!

While the  DΓ½rian president has seen the result her actual speech will come later. However for now, she congratulated Ms Kelly on being the president of Eldance and looks forward to meeting her again. |
