the other quaifiers are alright - good. 
Georgia: Interesting, but obvious 
Liechtenstein: Underrated, was among the good songs for me 
Belarus: A nice song, deserved to pass or at least be close to 10th
Algeria: I'm one of the few fans of the song, it's so catchy and an earworm 
Croatia: One of my favourites in the semi; underrated 
Lebanon: The song simply was not made for NVSC-semis
Albania: w h a t - like, this could win ESC but okay
