A song for Israel will be returning for the next edition of NVSC, but with a different format.
Just like other people did before, Iwant need your help from the public. All the NVSC participants and associate broadcasters can apply below for "taking part" (+ Maxim and Marco Antonio [QUITE INACTIVE] who'd be automatically participating as my Co-HoD's - if they want to of course).
The songs will only be turned down if they don't fit to the rules.
The exact format will be communicated with the announcement of the participants.
